Rare and Valuable Minerals

According to Article 78 of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act, natural monuments include valuable and rare plants, minerals, and special topographic and ecological phenomena. Paragraph 4 of Article 81 stipulates the Rules for Natural Landscape Designation and Abolishment stipulates that valuable and rare minerals refer to the rocks or minerals unique to Taiwan or are rare in number. Currently, however, we have not designated any valuable and rare mineral.
